Sweetness Cake Boutique London – look who is on our desk?

Meet my friend Charlie who has taken up residence on the Sweetness desk. I made him at a Carlos Lischetti modelling class a few months ago and he has become my little desk buddy since then. He brightens days filled with doing paperwork!

Everyone who has seen my children’s cakes know I adore sugar modelling almost as much as I adore making sugar flowers for wedding cakes. I am therefore very fortunate to have met Carlos and attend his classes. His work is impeccably stunning, he is a true artist of sugar modelling and figurines. All his work boasts of clean lines, quirky, life like additions and a hint of humor and candor.

I am looking forward to using my inspiration from this class to design some new cakes for the Sweetness Cake Portfolio online. Watch this space, you never know if Charlie is going to be joined by a little sister soon!
