Christmas and New Year are approaching and at this time of the year couples decide to make the commitment to spend the rest of their lives together. I’m not sure if this leap of faith is taken because at this time of year your loved ones get together so you can share the good news with everyone or if it’s all about the beginning of a new life as well as a new year together.  

As a wedding cake designer the new year is always filled with appointments for couples planning their wedding after getting engaged over the holiday. Couples who have always had ideas of how their wedding cake would be or are looking for inspiration and finding their personal tastes where wedding cakes are concerned.

Here at Sweetness we love the new year and are always excited about meeting up with couples to discuss their ideas and dreams for their wedding day and of course their wedding cake. We offer cake tastings, advice, lots of sketches and inspiration – the wedding cake design process is always a treat for us.
